VP OF OPERATIONS

Brian Ratliff is Vice President of Operations for Nikola Labs. He leads the implementation and customer support team, which works directly with customers for successful installation and long-term system management.  Brian is a serial entrepreneur with 15 years of experience building startups and varied-size companies across a range of industries. Before joining Nikola, Brian was Vice President of Operations for Olive (formerly CrossChx), where he built a customer success team that served over 300 hospitals and helped grow the company from nine to 130 people in two years.

In Brian’s spare time, you’ll find him on a golf course.
