Will Zell is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nikola Labs, the wireless power pioneer. Will has led Nikola from the naming of the company to the launch of VERO, the world’s first perpetually powered equipment health monitoring system. Before developing Nikola Labs, Will was nationally recognized as a successful entrepreneur in technology, real estate and retail ventures. He was named as an Empact 100 Honoree in 2011, a recognition for the most promising entrepreneurs under age 30.

Outside of his leadership of Nikola, Will is an advisor and cheerleader for many startups and small businesses, most importantly Sweet Aromas Coffee, founded and operated by his wife Beth.
